HARD MONEY LOAN TYPES

COMMERCIAL HARD MONEY LOANS
Silver Jack Capital will do hard money loans secured by all types of commercial property in Colorado including units, retail office buildings, warehouse space, and mixed use buildings. We will do loans used to acquire property and we will do cash out refinance loans. We will do acquisition loans where the down payment is other property being traded to the seller for part of the purchase price.

RESIDENTIAL INVESTMENT PROPERTY LOANS
Silver Jack Capital will do hard money loans secured by single family or multi-family property in Colorado. Again, these loans can be cash out refinance loans or acquisition loans. We cannot do loans secured by owner occupied residential property.

HARD MONEY LAND LOANS
Silver Jack Capital will do hard money loans secured by vacant land. The property can be raw land or finished lots. The LTV (Loan to Value) on these loans will vary based on factors such as availability of utilities, zoning, and the strength of the borrower.

FIX AND FLIP LOANS
Silver Jack Capital will make short term loans to investors in the business of purchasing, rehabbing, and reselling distressed properties, either fixer uppers or short sales. As with other types of loans, we will do acquisition loans where the down payment is other property being traded to the seller for part of the purchase price.
