Eric Lederer is the owner of Silver Jack Capital. Eric has been in the real estate business since 1976 both in western Colorado and southern California. During that time, he has been involved in real estate finance, real estate brokerage, and real estate development as well as the practice of law early in his career. He has been involved in hard money lending since 1984. He and his wife of over 35 years have lived in Ridgway, Colorado since 1994.
